It also governs how officers interact with residents, tenants, patrons, and any person encountered while performing patrol duties.
Prohibited Conduct
- Slurs, jokes, or insults targeting a protected characteristic
- Unwanted physical contact, touching, or gestures of a sexual nature
- Displaying or sharing offensive images or messages
- Refusing to serve a client or resident based on a protected characteristic
- Profiling any individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, or religion
- Retaliating against anyone who reports a concern or participates in an investigation
Reporting
Reports can be made verbally to any supervisor or directly to leadership at Sales@stormhammersecurity.com. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent practical, and every good-faith report is investigated. Members of the public who experience or witness misconduct by a Stormhammer officer are encouraged to contact us at the same address.
Investigation & Discipline
Substantiated violations lead to corrective action up to and including termination and, where warranted, reporting to the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and appropriate law enforcement.
