A single randomized mobile-patrol tour starts at $15 per visit. A 4-tour-per-night package runs $45–$60/night. Dedicated all-night patrol routes (one officer assigned to a cluster of nearby properties) start at $189/night. Multi-site portfolios pay $11–$13/visit on annual agreement.
Static guards sit at one post for 4–12 hours and respond to what comes to them. Mobile patrol tours rotate across multiple properties on a randomized schedule — visible deterrence at 6–12 properties on the same dollar that buys one static post. Mobile patrol fits HOAs, apartment communities, vacant property, construction sites, and small-footprint retail; static fits high-foot-traffic venues, lobbies, healthcare entrances, and event security.
Randomized within a contracted tour window (e.g. "4 tours between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m."). Fixed-time patrols are a predictability gift to anyone scoping the property. Every tour is GPS-stamped so the property manager sees the actual time, route, and checkpoint hits — not just a billing line.
Sacramento (Downtown, Midtown, East Sac, Land Park, Curtis Park, Oak Park, Tahoe Park, Pocket-Greenhaven, Natomas, South Sac, Arden-Arcade), plus Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Antelope, North Highlands, West Sacramento, Davis, and Galt. Patrol vehicles are stationed across the metro so response is typically 8–20 minutes inside the core and 15–25 minutes in outlying cities.
Stormhammer patrol is 100% unarmed and non-lethal. Officers carry handheld lights, body-worn cameras, lawful trespass-warning documentation, and direct radio to Sacramento PD / Sheriff dispatch. For sites that require armed presence, we can route to an armed contract partner under the same master agreement.
GPS-stamped checkpoint log, photo-verified perimeter shots, written incident notes for anything out of the ordinary, body-worn-camera clips for any contact, and tow / trespass / encampment documentation. Reports email to the property contact at sunrise — no portal login required.
Most Sacramento properties onboard within 24–48 hours — phone walk, post-orders by email, marked unit on property the same week. Same-night emergency patrol is available for active vandalism, squatter, or trespass incidents.
