What time do you close the clubhouse?+
Standard curfew is 10pm; we match your posted-hours sign. Includes AV/TV power-down, kitchen inspection, alarm arm, and door lock with photo verification.
Do you check the resident kitchen and coffee bar?+
Yes — every close-out includes a coffee-machine off check, sink/dishwasher check, and trash pull to the outside dumpster so the space is clean for morning open.
Do you arm the alarm?+
Yes — we hold your alarm code (or use a keypad-issued patrol code with limited authority) and arm/disarm the system per your protocol. Every alarm state change is photo-logged.
What about resident-reserved private events in the clubhouse?+
Reserved events go past standard curfew when management approves — we adjust the visit time for that night. Reservation coordinator sends us the extended time and we lock up after guest departure. Call (530) 902-9390.
Do you unlock in the morning?+
Yes — 6am standard morning open with lights, AV power-on, and coffee-station bootstrap if the property leaves supplies. Photo of open state included.
