What time do you open the leasing office?+
Standard 8am morning open (or 30 minutes before your posted lease-office hours). Alarm disarmed, lights on, coffee started if the property leaves supplies, walk-through photo emailed to the manager.
Do you also close the leasing office at night?+
Yes — same officer, same visit. Alarm arm, door lock, deposit-drop check, computer lock verification, photo of alarm keypad. Included in the same visit rate as morning open.
How do you handle our alarm code?+
Two options: (1) property issues a dedicated patrol code with limited authority so it can only arm/disarm, not add users; or (2) we hold your master code under a signed access-control agreement. Every arm/disarm is photo-timestamped so any panel-log audit lines up.
Can you also handle the model unit and vacants?+
Yes — many properties add the model apartment and priority vacants to the same visit. Officer opens, walks, photos, and locks. Great for pre-tour readiness and vacant-unit break-in deterrent. Call (530) 902-9390.
What if the alarm trips?+
We're already on-site — officer investigates, photos any breach point, contacts the property emergency line, and coordinates with the alarm company monitoring center. Standard alarm-response call fee waived when we're the ones on the panel.
